Modern Slavery Statement

This statement is made by {{LEGAL_NAME}} under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the
steps taken during the last financial year to ensure that slavery and human trafficking take place neither in
our business nor in our supply chain.

Our business

accessories to consumers in the United Kingdom through {{SITE}}.

Our supply chain

Our goods are manufactured by a limited number of suppliers with whom we work directly. We know where each
product is made, and the country of manufacture is printed on every product page.

What we require of suppliers

Every supplier undertakes, in writing, to employ no person below the legal working age, to pay at least the
statutory minimum wage of the country concerned, to hold no worker’s identity documents, to charge no
recruitment fee, and to allow workers to leave employment freely. The same undertaking is required of their
own subcontractors.

Checks

Suppliers are audited before a first order and thereafter periodically, on site. An audit that reveals
forced labour, child labour or the withholding of identity documents ends the commercial relationship
immediately.

Raising a concern

Anyone — worker, supplier, customer — may report a concern in confidence to
{{EMAIL}}. Reports are examined by a member of management who has no commercial
relationship with the supplier concerned.
