How you pay, and what happens to your card details.

Accepted methods

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Security

Payment is handled by {{PSP}}. Your card details are entered on their form, over a connection encrypted
with TLS, and are transmitted to them directly. {{LEGAL_NAME}} never sees, never receives and never stores
your card number.

When you are charged

The amount is authorised when you confirm the order and taken when the order is dispatched. If we cannot
dispatch — an item out of stock, an address we cannot serve — the authorisation is released and nothing is
taken.

Currency and VAT

All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. The total shown before you confirm
is the total you pay: no charge is added afterwards.

A payment that is refused

Your bank does not tell us why. Check the card details, the expiry date and, for a 3-D Secure card, that
you completed the verification step. If it still fails, use another method or write to
{{EMAIL}}.
