Privacy Policy

What we collect, and why
To take and deliver an order — your name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone
number, and the contents of your order. Lawful basis: performance of the contract. Without these we cannot
sell to you.
To take payment — the transaction reference and result. Card numbers are entered on the payment
provider’s own form; we never receive them. Lawful basis: performance of the contract.
To answer you — the content of your emails or calls. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in
running a customer service.
To send you our newsletter — your email address, and only if you ask for it. Lawful basis: your
consent, which you may withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in any newsletter.
To keep the site working and measure its audience — technical data written by cookies. See the
section on cookies below. Lawful basis: consent, except for cookies strictly necessary to the service.
Who else sees your data
Only those who need it in order to serve you: our payment provider {{PSP}}, our carrier, our hosting
provider {{HOST}}, and our email service. Each acts on our written instructions and may not use your data for
its own purposes. We do not sell personal data. If a transfer outside the United Kingdom is necessary, it is
covered by an adequacy decision or by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
Order and invoicing records: six years from the end of the tax year, as UK tax law requires. Account data:
until you close your account, then three years of inactivity. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your data, for its correction, for its erasure, for the restriction of its
processing, or for its portability. You may object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and
withdraw a consent you have given, at any time. Write to {{EMAIL}}; we answer
within one month. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office,
Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, or at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies keep your basket and your session; they do not require consent and cannot be
refused without breaking the site. Any measurement or advertising cookie is set only after you have accepted
it, and you may change your mind at any time. We currently set no advertising or measurement cookie.
Children
This website is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
