Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern every purchase made on {{SITE}}. Placing an order means you accept them. They
do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts
(Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

1. The seller

Products are sold by {{LEGAL_NAME}}, {{ENTITY_TYPE}}, company number {{COMPANY_NUMBER}}, registered office
{{ADDRESS}}. In these Terms, “we” and “us” mean {{LEGAL_NAME}}; “you” means the customer.

2. Placing an order

You must be at least 18 years old. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we send you
a dispatch confirmation by email — not when you receive the order acknowledgement. Until then we may decline
an order, for example where an item is out of stock, where a price is manifestly wrong, or where we suspect
fraud. If we decline after payment, we refund you in full.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. The price you pay is the price
displayed at the moment you confirm the order. Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately before payment.
We correct pricing errors before dispatch and offer you the choice of confirming at the correct price or
cancelling free of charge.

4. Payment

Payment is taken through {{PSP}} over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card
number. Accepted methods are listed on our Payments page.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom. Dispatch takes 1 to 2 working days and carriage 2 to 4 working days; the
detail is on our Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on
delivery. If we miss an agreed delivery date and time was essential, or if we fail to deliver within 30 days,
you may treat the contract as at an end and receive a full refund.

6. Your right to cancel

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us in writing
at {{EMAIL}}, then return the items within 14 days of telling us. We refund the
price and the standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back, using the
same payment method. Return postage is free: we send you a prepaid label. Full detail — including which items are excluded —

7. Faulty or misdescribed goods

If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you a
short-term right to reject it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After that, and for six months
from delivery, you are entitled to a repair or replacement; if that fails, to a refund which may be reduced
to reflect use. These rights are additional to the cancellation right above, and cost you nothing.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract
or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal
injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any matter that the law does not allow us to limit. We do
not supply products for commercial resale and are not liable for loss of profit, business or business
opportunity.

9. Complaints and disputes

Write to {{EMAIL}}. We acknowledge complaints within one working day and aim
to resolve them within fourteen days. Nothing prevents you from bringing court proceedings.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have
jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
